Key Responsibilities
- Prepare training schedules and conduct training (both practical and classroom).
- Develop training material and provide input for improvement.
- Coach and mentor Code 14 drivers to enhance performance.
- Conduct trainee assessments and provide feedback to management.
- Assist in driver learnership recruitment and “Driver of the Year” competitions.
